Abstract
Anatomy of root canal of mandibular incisors present with different variations. The prevalence of two canals with separate apical foramina has been reported to be 0.3% to 10% and many studies have shown that 11% - 40% of these teeth possess two canals. It is important for a clinician to be thorough with variations of canal anatomy for the success of Endo-treatment. This case report is presented to illustrate the discovery and successful management of complex canal anatomy in mandibular incisors. In this case, all four mandibular incisors had two canals each.
