Abstract: Regenerative endodontic procedures (REPs) constitute a pivotal advancement in dental therapeutics, facilitating the biological restoration of the pulp-dentin complex. While conventional modalities such as root canal therapy and apexification have demonstrated long-term success in disease management, they inherently lack the capacity to reconstitute viable pulp tissues. This cross-sectional study aimed to elucidate the awareness, perceptions, and challenges encountered by dental practitioners concerning the clinical adoption of REPs. A structured questionnaire was disseminated electronically, and responses were quantitatively assessed. Findings indicate a generally favorable disposition towards regenerative methodologies; however, substantive barriers—including infrastructural inadequacies, limited professional and public awareness, ethical ambiguities, and economic limitations—impede their widespread integration into mainstream practice. This study underscores the necessity for multifaceted strategic interventions to facilitate the translational application of regenerative endodontics in routine dental care.
